| The Erie Pennsylvania Sport Fishing Association has sponsored a kids day of fishing fun for many years This year it was held on May 27th at the Perry Monument area adjacent to Misery Bay on Presque Isle State Park. The attendees are given s hands on experience with skills skills such as casting lures. After the casting they are encouraged to try fishing from the banks surrounding Misery Bay. the fish that wre caught were identified and measured and the participants were awarded a prize for the largest fish in each category as well as a special prize for the smallest fish of the day. Approx, 50 kids participating along with their families. Every participants was given a prize and a free lunch was provided for all present. | ||||||||||||
