The SONS of Lake Erie has endeavored to promote the sport of fishing to all generations. Although we get  most of our requests through schools, day camps , scout groups etc., we also get requests from senior citizens facilities to provide thier residents with a  hands on fishing experience.

On Wed. June 3rda group of residents from them Pleasant Ridge Manor joined with 16 SONS volunteers who helped them to experience a few hours of enjoyment, We have learnec over the years that the fun of fishing spans all ages.
