 On Saturday August 20th, 2022 the Gem City Outdoorsmen's Club hosted its  annual Youth Field Days at their incredible facilities located on Van Camp road in Fairview Township. The SONS of Lake Erie has supported this event every year since our 1981 beginning. The kids are given an opportunity to learn a host of outdoor skills including firearms safety, shooting, archery, hunting and fishing. It is always open to the public free of charge. All equipment is provided as well as T-shirts. handouts and lunch.

13 SONS Volunteers were on hand to help with the kids fishing skills at the pond located there. Some nice fish were caught during that beautiful Summer morning.
